Are you ready for your stay at Disneyland Resort in California? But where should you stay? Which hotel is the best choice for you, the most expensive or the most affordable one? Today, I'll help you decide by providing details about EVERY hotel on-site.
Paradise Pier Hotel, Now Becoming Pixar Place Hotel
Would you like to stay in a hotel that's in the process of a major transformation into something NEW? Currently, this hotel is undergoing extensive renovations. The previous theming, which connected the hotel to Paradise Pier, has been replaced with characters from various Pixar movies. This hotel is perfect for those who just need a comfortable bed and the perks of being a Disneyland hotel guest. It also offers park views and an exclusive entrance to Disney California Adventure. However, if you're financially able, consider upgrading to...
Step back in time to a hotel with a rich history, one that wasn't even originally owned by Disney. Over the years, this hotel has undergone many changes, with the most recent being the addition of a new Disney Vacation Club (DVC) tower. This hotel aims to celebrate the resort's diverse history with three towers themed to Fantasyland, Frontierland, and Adventureland. If you're feeling extravagant, you can stay in specially themed suites! The standout feature of this hotel is its incredible dining options: Tangaroa Terrace, Goofy's Kitchen, and the iconic Trader Sam's. In my opinion, the coolest part (pun intended) is the monorail pool! This hotel is a great choice for theme park enthusiasts and Disney fans alike.
This is my personal favorite hotel, despite its higher price tag. Designed by Peter Dominick, this hotel exudes the elegance of the arts and crafts movement, featuring a grand lobby and an abundance of wood elements that immerse you in the world of California's national parks. While the monorail passes through the resort, creating a fantastic kinetic experience, there isn't a station here. But that's not a problem because both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are just steps away. You'll even have access to an exclusive entrance for Disney's California Adventure. The pool at this hotel is fantastic, and it offers some excellent dining options like Napa Rose, Storytellers Cafe, and the wonderful Craftsman Grill. Keep in mind that rooms here can be expensive, with rates starting at a minimum of $700.

Wow, I had no idea there were so many options for hotels at Disneyland Resort in California! It's great to hear about the unique features and benefits of each one. I'm especially intrigued by the Paradise Pier Hotel's transformation into the Pixar Place Hotel, and I'm definitely considering the Disneyland Hotel for its rich history and amazing dining options. However, the Grand Californian sounds like a dream come true with its elegant design and exclusive entrance to Disney California Adventure. Thank you for sharing all of this helpful information!
