Busch Gardens in Tampa has revealed their new 2024 coaster project: a B&M flying-suspended family coaster! Are you ready, coaster enthusiasts, for a ride of a lifetime as Phoenix Rising is set to open next spring?
What is Phoenix Rising? Well, it is a relatively new model from B&M, at least in the western hemisphere. A suspended coaster designed for families, and you know what's even more special? It will swing side to side, just like those classic Arrow Suspended coasters (like Big Bad Wolf, for instance).
According to the park, riders will soar above the Serengeti Plain on this suspended roller coaster, allowing ride cars and riders to swing side to side as the train races along the track. Additionally, 'Phoenix Rising' will be the first coaster to feature on-board audio with a one-of-a-kind soundtrack.
For BGT fans, be aware that this coaster will be located in the Funtopia area. So, are you excited about this epic addition? Let us know in the comments!
